POLE 101
Our pole dancing classes offer an exhilarating and empowering experience that blends strength, grace and confidence. Designed with all fitness levels in mind, our sessions focus on building core strength, flexibility and coordination while learning fluid and dynamic pole tricks.
We will ensure a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Beyond fitness, our pole dancing classes are designed to boost self-esteem, body awareness and mental resilience, making it a transformative experience. The one-hour classes are structured to include a mix of elements such as warm-ups, technique drills, choreography and freestyle practice, allowing students to fully embrace the journey.
JUS BREATHE
Did you know that the one thing we have at the very beginning and end of our lives is our breath? It is what changes anytime we have a new emotion come up. Most of us do not breathe properly and are completely unaware that we hold our breath in stressful situations.
Our breathwork sessions will include various pranayama techniques to help you both physically and mentally by teaching you to harness the power of conscious breathing to reduce stress, enhance emotional well-being and improve physical vitality. Guided by a trained facilitator, these sessions help regulate the nervous system, promote deep relaxation and release emotional blockages stored in the body.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, tension or a lack of mental clarity, breathwork techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, rhythmic breathing and guided breath sequences will encourage a profound sense of balance and renewal. Practicing breathwork regularly can clean out the whole emotional system, clear the mind and connect you with your deeper self.
It is very hard to 'control' your mind but you can control your breath. We can start to influence our state of mind with our breathing. Jus get ready to inhale gratitude and exhale stress with us.
FLEXIBILITY FLOW
Our flexibility training seeks to enhance mobility, posture and overall well-being for our clients. These classes cater to individuals looking to improve their range of motion, reduce stiffness and increase muscle control through guided stretching techniques.
Our one-hour sessions integrate dynamic stretching, passive holds and active resistance to safely deepen flexibility over time. Whether you’re an athlete, dancer or simply seeking greater ease in movement, our tailored programs help prevent injuries and enhance functional mobility.
LIFE & SUCCESS COACHING
Our life coaching sessions will provide a transformative and goal-oriented approach to personal growth, helping our clients navigate challenges, improve self-confidence, and unlock their full potential. Whether they’re seeking clarity in career decisions, emotional resilience or a deeper sense of purpose, we are getting ready to offer personalized guidance to help you set and achieve meaningful goals.
Through one-on-one sessions and group workshops, we will create a safe and supportive space for self-reflection, empowering our clients to break through mental barriers and cultivate a growth mindset. Our coaching integrates mindfulness techniques, structured goal setting, and positive psychology, allowing one to develop self-awareness, stress management strategies and a balanced lifestyle.
Each session is specifically tailored to each person's needs ensuring a practical, results-driven approach to personal empowerment and lasting transformation. Various packages will be available and customized according to the client's time and financial constraints. We also plan to give back by offering a free social circle where members and non-members can feel safe to share challenges they have overcome, without judgement, in order to help themselves and the others in the group who choose to participate.
QIGONG
Qigong (pronounced "Chi-gong") is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that combines gentle, slow movements, controlled breathing and meditation to cultivate "qi" or vital life force energy, aiming to improve overall health, balance, and well-being. The practice involves coordinated postures and movements to stimulate the body's internal systems, calm the mind, and reduce stress.
POLELATES
Polelates combines Pilates and Pole Conditioning. We honour the principles of Pilates and incorporate them into a full-body workout that builds strength on the pole, endurance on the mat and coordination through both. In this class, you'll discover your current level of fitness and work your way up to higher levels of intensity over time. By committing to this class, you'll make advancements in achieving perfect posture as the exercises are geared to fixing muscle imbalances in the body. Muscle imbalances when left unchecked lead to aches, pains and injuries.
The principles of Pilates are breath, concentration, centering, control, flow and precision. Additionally, you will learn how to breathe effectively so you get the best results from every single workout, be it at our studio or at your traditional gym.

JUS PASSING THROUGH
Whether you're an absolute beginner or advanced, the Jus Passing Through class has something in it for you. You will learn pole flows, musicality, floorwork and choreography that gets you out of your mind and into your body.

BEACH POLE RENTALS
Take your pole dancing experience from the studio to the gorgeous beaches of Tobago. Rentals can only be made to persons with pole dancing experience - no less than 1 month's training.
